What is BoonBuy?

Think of BoonBuy as your buyer on the ground in China. You send it a link from Taobao, 1688, Weidian; it places the order, receives the item, photographs and weighs it, and later ships it to you. You pay in your own currency, in two steps: the goods first, the freight once your parcel is packed.

Why the middleman? Most of these sellers only ship inside China and only take Chinese payment methods. With BoonBuy you get 90 days of free storage, several orders merged into one box, and 24/7 customer service. BoonBuy publishes no flat service fee; the cost appears per item at checkout, and freight is quoted in its estimator.

How this list is built

We start from a large pool of saved listings and keep the rest after removing duplicates and dead links. A find stays on the BoonBuy Spreadsheet when it has one or two usable seller photos and a readable price. Prices are stored in yuan on the day we saved them; euro and dollar figures are converted at one fixed rate from that same day. Treat them as a guide, not a quote.

Seller photos show the product as it is advertised. The three QC photos BoonBuy takes show the piece you will actually get, so wait for those before you decide to ship.

How do I buy from the BoonBuy Spreadsheet?

  1. Choose a find. Tap any card, then “Open on BoonBuy”. You land on the BoonBuy listing, where sizes, colours and today’s price are shown.
  2. Pay for the goods only. At this stage you pay just for the item. BoonBuy orders it from the seller and waits for it to reach its China warehouse. Shipping comes later.
  3. Look at the warehouse photos. Once it arrives, staff shoot 3 QC photos at no cost and put it on the scale. Wrong colour, bad stitching? Request a swap now, before anything leaves China.
  4. Bundle and send. Storage stays free for 90 days, so you can wait for more orders. Merge them into one box, pick a line to your country and pay by weight.

New to agents? Start with one or two light pieces. You learn the checkout, the photo check and the freight options without much at stake, and you can use the shipping coupon on that first box.

One seller listing we think is worth a look: a product page on Taobao, Weidian or 1688 with at least one clear photo and a price. The BoonBuy Spreadsheet holds 2,300+ of them. Each card links to the same listing on BoonBuy.

Who runs this site?

An independent team, not BoonBuy. The BoonBuy Spreadsheet is a reading list, nothing more. We never take your money or your order. Payment, QC photos and shipping run through your account on www.boonbuy.com.

Why does the price on BoonBuy differ from the card?

BoonBuy Spreadsheet cards show the seller’s yuan price on the day we saved it. Sellers reprice and run out of stock without notice. Trust the number BoonBuy shows you at checkout.

Why do some product names look odd?

Many names come straight from the seller’s own label, sometimes machine-translated. We shorten them, but a name can still sound vague. Judge the item by its photos.

Are these genuine branded goods?

No. Sellers on these marketplaces are not brand partners, and a logo in a title or photo does not make an item authentic. Some countries restrict importing such goods, so read your customs rules first.

How do I use the new-user shipping coupon?

BoonBuy shows a shipping coupon for new accounts, shown at registration. It applies to international shipping, not to the item price, so keep it for your first parcel. Read the conditions on the coupon itself; we do not know them in advance.

What if I buy the wrong size?

Act while the item is still in the warehouse. BoonBuy can contact the seller for an exchange or return. Many sellers accept it, some do not. Once the parcel has left China, that option is mostly gone.
